- Pricing structure: a flat monthly subscription plus a one-time build cost. The build is quoted at the consult and depends on scope (number of pages, custom integrations, how much copy and photography you bring vs we produce).
- The monthly covers hosting, domain renewal, SSL, ongoing SEO/AEO indexing, automations, AI chat usage, daily analytics, and support. It does not include the initial build.
- Build cost is paid at signature and is non-refundable once the design phase starts. It covers strategy, design, copy, schema markup, AEO setup, content migration, and the production launch.
- Asset handover: you provide logo, brand colours, hero copy, service list, and any photography within 7 calendar days of signing. The build clock starts when assets land, not on signature.
- If assets are not delivered within 30 days of signing, the build cost is consumed and the project must be re-scoped.
- Scope is locked at signature. Out-of-scope additions are quoted separately.
- Cancellation: 30 days written notice on the monthly. You own your domain, your content, and your customer data — always.
- Review automation is Google-2026-compliant: every customer is offered both a private feedback path and a Google review link on the same page. We never gate or filter reviews based on rating.

Can I cancel?
Yes. 30 days written notice. You keep the domain, all your content, your customer list, your calendar, and your reviews. We don't lock anyone in.
